AI took over much of the execution. The weight moved to judgment. That is the shift I wanted to work inside. It opened collaboration rather than replacing it, so I still bring people in when the work needs them.

Before this I spent close to nine years in technology consulting. I started as a contractor working with clients across industries from consumer goods to real estate, then moved into a technical lead role and later worked as a lead consultant. That period was followed by time at McKinsey.

These are the questions I left to chase. How light and sound relate, which is where the color on this page comes from. What makes an interface feel human, and what biomimicry can teach about it. Both are open, and the experiments below are the current state of the work.

I work with a few people at a time, and I stay close to the work from the first interview through delivery. A plan is a hypothesis until real usage tests it, so when the signals move I say so and we adjust.
